Care that comes to you, when you need it
Our in-house clinical team provides 24/7 support to our clients.
Our team are there to monitor your health and progress, respond to those urgent medical questions that might otherwise keep you or your support team up at night, and coordinate any medical treatment that may be required.
Maxlife Care works with your existing doctor to coordinate any medical services required and suggest changes to your care plan based on your progress. Some clients choose to transition their routine medical care to our Maxlife Care doctors. This is entirely up to you and Maxlife Care completely supports your choice of doctor.

Specialists in complex disability and medical needs
Maxlife Care was founded by two doctors with a combined 60+ years of experience supporting people with complex medical conditions and disabilities. Our doctors and nurses are experienced in managing the complex medical needs that can arise with disability.
Our clients have a range of disabilities and medical conditions including spinal cord injuries, developmental disorders, intellectual disability, schizophrenia, early-onset dementia, aggression, eating disorders, neurogenerative and neurogenetic diseases and other complex behaviours of concern.
What will Maxlife’s clinical care in the home cost?
For our Supported Independent Living clients, Maxlife Care’s doctors provide oversight of your disability support, and are available 24/7 to respond to urgent clinical and support needs as they arise, all at no additional cost to your NDIS plan.
You may have disability-related health supports as part of your individual NDIS plan. Disability-related health supports are health supports that you need to:
- Help you manage a health condition directly related to your disability
- Help you to manage your health or health condition if your disability means you can’t do this on your own
Maxlife Care’s in-house nurses can provide these supports to you in your home. The provision of health-related disability supports will attract an additional charge as separate nursing support items in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide.
If you require medical services that are not provided for in your individual NDIS plan, these services will be bulk billed to Medicare with no out-of-pocket cost to you.
