What is community access?
Supports to help you get out-and-about in the community and build on your daily living skills.
This might include:
• Buying groceries
• Attending appointments
• Going to a sporting or social event
• Participating in a community program
• Visiting or making new friends
• Looking after your health and fitness
All our supports are tailored to what you want or need to do – we respect your culture, your identity, and your choices.
