With over 15 years experience, Sarah is an established HR Leader who is passionate about using her skillset to help purpose led organisations succeed through their people. Sarah has deep experience working in both disability and healthcare, most recently at Advara HeartCare (Australia’s largest Cardiology services provider), as well as GenesisCare, New Horizons and Mission Australia. Sarah has led teams through significant change, implemented org wide systems and workforce transformation projects, and supported leaders to create positive employee experiences for their people.
